Enjoy your stay with us and please observe the following rules:
Speed
Limit: 5 MPH Maximum
Quiet
Hours: 9:00 p.m. to 8 a.m./ 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (summer)
Reservations: A credit card with expiration date are required to confirm
a reservation. To cancel a reservation without the card being
charged we must receive a 24 notice prior to the date of arrival.
(No Exceptions).
Clubhouse:
Restrooms are available 8am to 9pm and the hours are subject
to change. Recreation room closes at 9:00 P.M. unless reserved
ahead of time. Thank you for not smoking in clubhouse,
office, laundry, and restrooms. Cigarette butts
are to be discarded in trash receptacles. Management reserves
the right to lock restrooms, laundry room and recreation building
if required.
Site
Rent: Site rent is based on occupancy of two people
and is due in advance (Fee for each additional person). Checkout Time: 12 noon
Check
in Time: 1:00 p.m. Arrival prior to 12:00pm will be charged
for the previous day. One rig per site. Resident's guests
using any of the facilities must register with the office
and pay guest fees. No refunds or credit for days left early.
So please plan your stay accordingly. You will be charged
the daily, weekly or monthly rate as applicable. NO rent
will be prorated. Management reserves the right to rent
your space without your request if you are gone more than
24hours.
Pets: One pet only unless approved by manager. (Fee for each additional
pet.) Clean up after
them. Must be kept on leash. No pets in buildings, please.
Dogs and cats must be kept in RV when unattended. Pet noise
shall not disturb other park guests. Do not feed wild cats or animals.
Children: The park offers no amenities for children. Parents are responsible
for their safety and behavior at all times. Children are to
be accompanied and supervised by a parent at all times, and
are not to be left unattended. Children shall not disturb
the peaceful enjoyment of other park guests. Skates of any
kind are not allowed in park. Recreation room and Billiard
table are for adult use only. (18 years and over).
Vehicles: All vehicles are to be approved by park manager.
- All
RV’s must be no older than 10 years.
- All motor homes must be able to move under their own power.
- All
RV's and vehicles must be kept clean, in running
condition, have good paint and in presentable condition.
No tears, missing panels, tarp covers, rust etc..)
- Disabled
vehicles not permitted.
- One
recreational and two passenger vehicles per space.
- No
Tents are allowed. Recreational vehicles that are dependent
upon park restroom facilities are not permitted.
- No
street parking. Guest vehicles are to be parked in designated
guest parking.
- No
vehicle maintenance or car washing (RV may be washed).
- C.B.,
Ham Radio or any other electronic transmission will not
be used if it disturbs the T.V or Radio reception of others.
- Exterior
lights on Rig are to be extinguished by 10:00 p.m..
Lot
Area: Must be kept clean and free of debris.
- All
lot changes other than listed below are to be approved
by onsite manager.
- Lots
are not to be used for storage of personal items.
- Car
canopies must be approved by manager. No storage under
RV.
- Skirting
to be approved by manager. Satellite dish must be approved
by manager. Support jacks are to be painted and in good
repair. (No Rust)
- One
8' x 10' approved storage shed is permitted at each space
for storage of personal items and must not be touching
any RV or structure. (No flammable, toxic or combustible
materials). Note: spaces with two sheds and approved by
manager prior to 10/19/99 are allowed until removed or
vacated.
- No
freezers, refrigerators, washers and dryers, clotheslines,
household furniture, large freestanding propane tanks
installed on outside of RV or in Storage shed.
- No
decking, fencing, hot tubs or household appliances.
- Outside
(indoor outdoor) carpeting permitted if one piece and
maintained in good repair. (No other outside carpet allowed
without Managers approval)
- Screen
rooms will not be used as extra bedrooms and must remain
open for visibility and safety.
- Ten
potted plants are allowed if well maintained and approved
by manager.
Policies:
- Management
and property owner assumes no liability for loss or damage
to property and injury to his person or party arising
out of use of its facilities or caused by others while
on the premises.
- Renters
and all other users of this property are liable for all
property damages.
- Please
put trash in trash bags and place in the park trash bins.
- The
sale of drugs or alcohol are not permitted and all Local
, State and Federal laws are applicable to all persons
on the premises.
- In
appropriate sexual misconduct is not permitted.
- Management
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Park
Rules and Policies are subject to change.
- All
complaints shall be signed in writing and submitted to
the park office.
- No
person shall disturb the peace, make unreasonable noise,
use provocative language, engage in violent behavior,
or display or discharge a firearm or weapon.
Monthly
requirements. (For stay over 28 days)
- The
following may be required at the discretion of the management:
- Complete
a monthly rental application and approved by manager
If
you are planning an extended stay of 28 days or more, each
site has been wired for Cable TV and Telephone. The Cable
TV is provided by Time Warner. Telephone is a direct line through
Pacific Bell Telephone. For new customer service rates, connection
